Refund policy
As a family owned business, Ernie Sullins Clothing is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your online puchase! Items purchased online only can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of your purchase as long as it has not been worn, altered, product has original tags in tack, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining why you returned your items.
Due to the nature of online sales, this policy differs from our in store exchange only policy. Our over 50 year old in store policy is exchanges only with tags attached - NO REFUNDS.
Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment. Customer pays the return shipping costs for items sent back for exchange or refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If order is returned after 30 days new items may be considered for exchange or store credit only.
If you simply have changed your mind or wish to exchange for a different item or size, we ask that the customer pay to return the item. Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on the screen. If the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, wrong item sent, etc.), of course will provide a pre-paid shipping label. If we have made a mistake on the order, call our customer service center at 276-644-3900.
